Refund Policy
At Koec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at koecbeautycare@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized products made to your specifications.
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards or downloadable products.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at koecbeautycare@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
Late or Missing Refunds
