Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and a second notification when your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days.

Order Tracking

Tracking is available for all orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at koecbeautycare@gmail.com.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are unable to deliver to that location at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages
